- 1 can (8 oz.) refrigerated crescent rolls
- 1 package (8 oz.) breakfast sausage
- 2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 4 eggs, slightly beaten
- ¾ cup milk
- 2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
- ¼ tsp. salt
- ¼ tsp. pepper
- ¼ tsp. dried oregano
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Separate crescent dough into 2 large rectangles. Place at the bottom of an ungreased deep dish baking pan. Press over bottom and half way up sides to form crust, and seal any perforations.
- Slice sausages and arrange over the crust. Sprinkle with cheese.
- Combine the remaining ingredients and pour over the cheese.
- Bake 20-25 minutes until top is golden brown.
