Sausage and Cheese Pie

Sausage and Cheese Pie
Prep time:  15 mins
Cook time:  25 mins
Total time:  40 mins
 
Ingredients
  • 1 can (8 oz.) refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 1 package (8 oz.) breakfast sausage
  • 2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 4 eggs, slightly beaten
  • ¾ cup milk
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • ¼ tsp. pepper
  • ¼ tsp. dried oregano
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Separate crescent dough into 2 large rectangles. Place at the bottom of an ungreased deep dish baking pan. Press over bottom and half way up sides to form crust, and seal any perforations.
  3. Slice sausages and arrange over the crust. Sprinkle with cheese.
  4. Combine the remaining ingredients and pour over the cheese.
  5. Bake 20-25 minutes until top is golden brown.
