In 4 quart pot cook beef an onion over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally until beef is cooked.
Drain beef, then add garlic. Cook and stir for 1 minute.
Stir in all remaining ingredients and heat to boiling, then reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer 30 minutes, stirring occasionally until slightly thickened.
